Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Buzzba Breeze platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service.

Description of Service

Buzzba Breeze is a cloud-based laundry management platform designed to help dry cleaning and laundry businesses operate more efficiently. Core features include order tracking, customer management, automated SMS notifications, and a business analytics dashboard. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Account Registration

To use Buzzba Breeze, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Be strictly responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Create only one account per business entity (unless upgrading to a Business plan enabling multi-branch orchestration).
• Verify that you are 18 years of age or older.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Buzzba Breeze solely for legitimate laundry and dry cleaning business operations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Using the SMS notification features for spam, direct marketing, or any unsolicited external messaging.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute the software.
• Sharing account credentials across unauthorized personnel.

Pricing & Payment

Free Tier: Available indefinitely at no cost, allowing unlimited orders but subject to specific feature limitations (such as lack of SMS notifications).
Paid Tiers: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We reserve the right to change prices with a 30-day prior notice.

SMS limits are defined by your chosen plan. Any overages beyond your plan allocation will be charged at a standard rate of GHS 0.04 per SMS. Payments are securely processed through our dedicated payment provider. In the event of a failed payment, we offer a 7-day grace period before your account is downgraded to the Free tier.

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Upon the expiration of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Free tier if no payment method has been provided. We do not perform auto-charges; you must explicitly authorize payment to upgrade to a paid tier.

SMS Terms

You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your end-customers to receive SMS notifications. Our SMS functionality is built for order status notifications only. Buzzba Inc. is not liable for SMS delivery failures arising from carrier issues, invalid phone numbers, or network conditions. Unused SMS credits bundled with monthly plans do not roll over to the next month.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data inputted into the system (e.g., your orders, customer lists, and revenue analytics). You maintain the right to export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, all associated business data will be permanently removed from our active databases within a 90-day window.

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.5% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We will communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance where possible. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party service failures (e.g., hosting providers or SMS gateways) or unpredictable circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Buzzba Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, including but not limited to lost orders, missed SMS notifications, lost profits, or business interruption. In the event of a dispute, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Buzzba in the preceding 3 months. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under Ghanaian consumer protection law.

Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that persistently violate these Terms of Service, generally following advance notice. Upon termination, you are granted a 30-day window to export your data, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes resulting from the use of Buzzba Breeze will be exclusively resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.

Changes to Terms

We may occasionally update these Terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email with a 30-day notice prior to taking effect.
